INDIVIDUAL YOU ARE THE GLOBAL CORPORATION
The goal is always to explain the “individuals” who are around the world to understand the terminology “you” are the global corporation (Brand You).
In a nutshell we want to explain how the “individuals” (You & Me) are becoming global corporation.
Columbus Era:-
500 years before Columbus sailed over the earth and opened the Global Market. Countries (mostly from Europe) using their muscle power, horse power, wind power/steam power conquered different countries around the world and knitting the world together as a one globe. Countries were competing with one another for the control of global economy.
Multinational Companies Era - I
Multinational Companies went for global markets. Again the Multinational Companies were from Europe (English/Dutch/French). The global integration was powered by many inventions like Steam Engine, Rail Network, Telegraph, Telephone etc. The Multinational Companies were controlling the Global Economy.
Multinational Companies Era – II
Multinational Companies were doing business through out the world by using Telephones, Personal Computers, Satellites, Under Sea Cables, Fibre Optic Cables and the early version of World Wide Web. Multinational companies were fighting to fit into the global economy. How my company can go global and collaborate with others?.
Now Individuals are the Global Corporations
Now the world is not only small, it is very tiny! Now the individuals are empowered to collaborate with another individual around the world and also he/she can compete globally.
It is very easy for an individual or a group of two or more to go global and make an impression. Due to technology convergence like computers, hardware, software, internet and telecommunications individuals can collaborate with another individual regardless of distance, color or country.
Individuals people around the world are waking up now. It is not the individual who are competing with one another around the world are going to make a difference, Individuals who are going to collaborate with others will have more opportunities to work with and succeed as individual Global Corporations.
